R&D Test Report 2015: comparison between the different systems of protection

Over the past 10 years, several solutions for corrosion protection for heat exchangers have appeared on the market, but unfortunately many of them, for their characteristic of application, are not able to protect the heat exchangers even in the more interior rows. 

This element makes often ineffective the corrosion protection.In order to make objective assessments arising from this phenomenon, unfortunately very widespread, with the month of May 2015, S.P.A.V.I. Srl published the document "Test Report 2015", the result of years of research and development in the field of corrosion protection. In this valuable document, the R&D department of S.P.A.V.I. Srl published the results arising from the comparison between AiAX Coatings products and the products of several major Players in the field of corrosion protection over the European market.The “Test Report 2015” shows very clearly how many of the traditional treatments spraying or electrolytic type, are not able to guarantee 100% that the protection is effectively applied even in the more interior rows, what instead is perfectly guaranteed by the exclusive process of S.P.A.V.I. Srl that has obtained excellent results for any thickness of finned pack.
